During 2021 we engaged Alpha Construction of Whangarei to carry out an extensive refurbishment of the commercial offices at 2 Carlton Crescent. Jared and Brian Cutforth were professional and efficient in carrying out the contract, as well as being approachable for the inevitable alterations required during a full building refit.
The renovation work was completed to a high standard of quality and in a timely manner. A thorough Operation and Maintenance manual was provided at the time of completion and the few minor adjustments to the build were undertaken promptly.
Overall the building contract was carried out very satisfactorily.

I have known of, and the work of Alpha Construction Services Limited for several years and have watched with great interest their construction, workmanship, ability and support.

We have recently completed the construction of infrastructure, site works, and 27 villas and ancillary buildings at The Falls Aged Care Village in Tikipunga, Whangarei alongside Alpha Construction. Brian and his team provided the site supervision and builders trades and co-ordinated all the sub-contractor services on site.
During the last 18 months of working with Alpha Construction we have found them to be friendly, co-operative, and professional as well as having a very good knowledge of the local market and what it takes to get a project of this size completed.
