This project consisted of a large scale external & internal renovation due to water ingress over many years. Replacement aluminium joinery along with cladding, flashing, soffit, scriber & boxed corner replacements where necessary. The water ingress affected some internal areas which also required remedials in regards to bottom plate, affected flooring & internal linings to ensure the repair was completed fully and no further issues would occur. A stairway & various minor external works were also completed to finalise the project.
