This project consisted of installing new plumbing into the existing concrete floor which required concrete cutting, imbedding the pipework with drainage metal and concreting over the top to achieve a professional finish, adding two toilets with ventilation & a kitchenette into the warehouse. The client will now be able to lease the building to a wider range of potential businesses.
