Our client required major renovations on this project.  We were contracted to complete demolition of the existing living areas & swimming pool & to add an additional wing of 119.75m2.

A completely different floor plan required relocating the existing kitchen to within the new space along with a new ensuite.

All interior doors require cavity sliders for a modernised look & feel. A new patio area of 106m2 will be erected which will essentially make the home feel like a complete rebuild.
