Warkworth was in real need for more retirement facilities within the district and this project has certainly met this need.

These two multi-level  buildings are right in the centre of the city and are close to all the amenities you would expect of a village of its size.  This project had access challenges as we had to ensure patrons still had access to the business district and that we were not imposing too much of an inconvenience to the locals.
