We were contracted to complete an internal refurbishment project which was required due to flood damage in block 1 (admin),  2 (2 x classrooms) and 3 (2 x classrooms) at the Te Kura Kaupapa o Te Rawhiti Roa School. This required replacing of gib board, insulation & trims up to 1.2m from floor level. We discovered there was water ingress via flashing defects on the roof which required remedial work.  A replacement of the cabinetry & plumbing completed this project.

Out with the old & in with the new.  The interior is now looking “spic & span.”  What a great space this is now.
