This project consisted of 8 new homes built in Rangihamama & co-ordination of various sub-contractors to get the project to completion.

The Kaikohe District now has more modern & light homes for its ever growing population and the client was so happy with the finished result.

Here at Alpha Construction Services Ltd, we have a great desire to use local sub-contractors so we can add some real value to the district, not only by using our skills to build great homes but also to add some real value into the community by helping the locals to upskill.  We believe there is no greater value than that!
